• If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or any other form of literature.

Article 15 - Return Policy:

1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the agreement and the statutory guarantee, the consumer has the right to rescind the contract and return the product presented to him from the store within the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to that product after the seven days have passed.

3. The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:

Article 16 - Applicable Law or Regulation:

Article 17 - General Provisions:

    5. This usage agreement shall not be canceled except by a decision issued by the store's management.
